Troon Train Station

The station opened in 1892 and consists of 2 platforms, ticket desk, waiting area, free parking and snack kiosk. The station has on average 4 trains running between Ayr Train Station and Glasgow Central every hour and less frequent daily train services to Kilmarnock and Stranraer.

The train station is conveniently located just a short stroll to the town centre and beach promenade.
